Terms And Conditions

Please allow enough space around your car for us to be able to safely open all doors, and space to park our van close by for access to our equipment, products and water.

We require an electrical socket to plug in our extension lead (which extends to 55metres) to power our vacuum cleaners and pressure washer.

Please ensure your car battery is in good condition. We require the doors to be open for lengthy periods and although we aim to turn off the interior lights not all are visible in the daylight and many self illuminate again.

While we attempt to leave all controls and settings as we found them, by cleaning thoroughly we do move things so please do check that anything such as automatic lights and gears are where they should be.

While we don't charge a cancellation fee we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or postpone your booking.

If you enquire about a booking, unless you specifically confirm acceptance the suggested dates remain available for other potential customers.

We politely ask that any large personal possessions, valuables and child seats are removed.

Although we have a gazebo to use, we do rely on fair weather conditions. If we are unable to complete work due to bad weather we will rebook with you at the earliest mutually convenient date.

If your car has a full shampoo to the Interior please allow plenty of fresh air to help it dry fully after completion.

Polishing and Paint Protection require fair weather during and after treatment. if you car is booked in but there is bad weather forecast we will discuss possible rearrangements with you.

When customers contact us, we only store the contact details if a booking is made. Details will be deleted after a year of the last booking. Your details will not be shared with anybody else.

Photos will be taken of your car (with our own numberplates hiding yours) to be saved for our records and to be posted on our website and social media pages. If you do not agree to this, please make it known.

Photos are cropped to remove as much of the background as possible. A generic area is often tagged in the photos, but if requested this can be omitted. 

If you would prefer photos of your car not to be shown online at all, please do tell us. You can request for photos to be removed at any time.

Car valeting and detailing  prices are based on time taken for a valet/detail. If the quoted price will not allow for the requested level of service, a revised price will be discussed prior to the job starting.

If upon arrival you would like a different level of service than that previously arranged, we will do our best to accommodate the changes however we cannot guarantee this happening.

A visual inspection will be done of the car to check for any damage prior to the valet/detail. Please do remember however that minor imperfections will be more visible once the car is clean.

We use plenty of water in our work. Should the temperature drop, the ground may become slippery. We can take no responsibility of any slippery surfaces.

In compliance with UK Health and Safety laws we ask that customers be over the age of 18 due to the equipment and chemical products used during our working processes and stored in our van.

Please ensure any loose pets are at a safe distance from the car being valeted/detailed and from the van.

Thank you
